
Tian is a bilingual British-Chinese script supervisor with a background in editing.
He has worked on short films, HETV, features, and multicamera shoots. He has over 6 years’ experience in the industry; previous roles include editor, assistant editor, director’s assistant, writer’s assistant, self-shooter, and researcher.
Tian has worked on over 12 short films including BFI and FLAMIN projects. He assisted on A Haunting in Venice (model unit) and Beetlejuice 2 (dailies), was a trainee on Supacell, and has experience working 2nd units & double banking. He script supervised AppleTV+ Hannah Waddingham: Home for Christmas (opening VT), and will be working on a BFI feature in 2024.
Educated at Oxford University in Fine Art (1st), with MA Film Studies (Distinction) from Goldsmiths.
