Tian is a bilingual British-Chinese script supervisor with a background in editing.
He has worked on shorts, HETV, features, and is experienced with multicam, VFX, and British/American slating. He has over 6 years’ experience in the industry; previous roles include editor, assistant editor, director’s assistant, writer’s assistant, self-shooter, and researcher.
Recent credits include Three Bags Full (splinter unit), Black Mirror S7 (2nd unit, ep. 3, 6), Hannah Waddingham: Home for Christmas (opening VT), Mafialover (webseries), and 8×5′ sketch series with Comedy Central. Assisting credits include The Witcher S4 (dailies), A Haunting in Venice (model unit), Beetlejuice 2 (reshoot), and Supacell (dailies). Tian has also worked on over 15 short films including BFI and Film London Artist Moving Image projects.
Educated at Oxford University in Fine Art (1st), with MA Film Studies (Distinction) from Goldsmiths.
